The stoma nurse was friendly and helpful also put me at ease nothing was too much trouble and she really listened she gave me some new pouches to try and cut them for me.I felt really at ease and she wasn’t rushing me. I feel so much better for talking to her

the overall experience was the best review i have ever had and they have all been good but the lady today was excellent friendly listened to me brilliant advise plus the different products that are know available if the health service was run with more people like the lady i saw today then great she is certainly a very caring professional full marks from me

at this moment in time i cannot see anything that could have gone any better busy people more to do and more patients to see i was so much at ease i could have chatted with her much longer about all the new products know available
